Farmers Market Wine-pairing Dinner Have you ever watched the television program, "Iron Chef"? It's a competition between two chefs who have to create an entire dinner based on a surprise ingredient. Chefs Ben and Tony will have a similar experience when preparing for the next wine-pairing dinner, 6:30 pm, Tuesday, July 29, but without the disembodied voice counting down the elapsed minutes. That morning, our two intrepid chefs will gather the gorgeous bounty available at the Roseville Farmers Market and feature their finds in the dinner's five courses.
