To our valued VIP Guests,

After reviewing the merits and speaking with some VIP Rewards members, we have decided to discontinue the VIP Rewards program as of January 31, 2007.

When we took over Ingredients from the former owners, we chose to maintain the VIP program that they had set up. Over the past couple of years, however, we realized that we would much rather focus on you and the food, and not on trying to maintain the VIP software. As you may or may not know, the program was a little flaky.

We hope that you will continue to find our restaurant an exciting dining experience, and we are offering you one final reward for your membership:

Visit us during the month of February, turn in your card to your server, and receive $20 off your bill. This offer is only available for dine-in purchases during February.

Please bear with us as we purge the VIP software from our systems. For example, you may continue receiving emails declaring your membership points even though the program has been phased out. But don’t worry, you will remain one of our 3,000+ members who receive our email newsletters every month through our Neighbors Club.
